Boys Caught Wearing Dresses
A boy caught wearing a dress can be a matter of things. In some cultures, the men wear skirts on special occasons, for example the Irish, but they call it a kilt. Another reason for a boy to wear a skirt could be because he is not in touch sure of what his sexuality is. He can be testing the waters to try to find himself. Or he could be just comfortable wearing a skirt. The best thing to do is ask the boy why is he wearing a skirt and see what his answer is.
