There are many compliments you can give a girl, but don't overdo it or she will think you are out for something else. The best compliment to give a girl is to tell her she is beautiful or pretty. Let her know how great her personality is, if that is true. If you know a girl and can see her tell the things that you like about her that is compliment enough.
