Famous people who have received corporal punishment have become famous for that very reason. From the wild west days until today these villians have touched history with their predicaments.Take Charlie Manson who was a nobody until he murdered and buried his victims. He became famous during his trial. Although he did not recieve corporal punishment, he did become famous for his crimes. In the wild west days many were hanged for the crimes that they committed.
