Women trampling and sitting on men was a low budget film, done by the British.
They were displaying heavyset women sitting on men who had disgraced them for some reason.
In one of the series, Ally McBeal played a role in this piece. She has a client that is slighly overweight and has a heart attack in her office.
Because of his size, the only way she can give him CPR is to bounce up and down on his chest to stimulate his heart.
