Affidavit of Good Moral Character
An affidavit of good moral character is a form that must be completed when seeking certain healthcare and childcare licenses. The candidate fills out the affidavit, which states they have not been convicted of the list of crimes provided. Often, affidavits of good moral character are required to have a letter attached from a friend or colleague. This letter states the writer has known the candidate for a certain length of time, and that they agree the person is of good moral character and has a clean criminal record.
