Bad Wheel Bearing
Well you would want to start out by taking the tire off and checking everything around the bearing, then make sure you have the right tools to remove it, After you remove the bad bearing make sure you repack the new one with high temp grease and slide it back on with the tool and put it all back together the way it came off. Make sure you have a book on the car or truck your working on cause each one is different,

Roaring sound like a bad wheel bearing. Big Bronco (1978 - 1996) ... Driving home the other day, the front driver's side began to roar like a wheel bearing going bad. Scooted on down and picked up two new bearings with a seal. Prest-o change-o and the job was done with a little sweat and a good bit of grease.
