Business Contract

A business contract is a legally binding agreement between two parties for a certain exchange of service that are of value. A business contract is use for hiring or being employed as an independent contractor. It can also use for buying or providing services and goods; leases and real estate; selling your business ; partnership and joint ventures and franchising. There are two types of business contract. First, an oral business contract; a spoken agreement that are legally enforceable. Second. a written business contracts that are produced on papers or electronically. Legally this is easier to uphold than an oral contarct because there is a reference for the agreement.
