Current Prices for Timber
To determine the current prices for timber is somewhat dependent on the local market conditions. Most statewide or regional prices can provide a taste of the level and trends of prices or what your timber is worth. It will also depend on the species, sizes, and qualities of the trees growing in it. In many areas the price for timber has gone up due to the current decline in trees in many states. There's more trees being planted, but we need to save our forest so that the price of timber doesn't increase more
