Why would someone want a expungemnet of a felony conviction. Well having a felony is a negative impact to a person's reputation. It is hard to gain employment or get housing if there are background checks performed and a felony exists. Expunging a felony means appealing the decision and having a conviction reduced or appealed from a person's record.
