Free Home Appraisal
Home appraisals help to determine the value of a home. Someone may be trying to sell a home for $500,000 and you may be ok with that, but lets say you have a home appraisal done and find out the home is only worht $400,000. Wouldn't your rather pay $400,000? Typically when you are buying a house the lender will require an appraisal to be done because they want to give you more money then the house is worht. There are no free home apprisals, however, they can be done at the expense of the buyer or seller. So in a sense they are free to one of the parties.
