Legal Liability Waiver Form
A legal liability waiver form is something you would create and have another individual sign so they acknowledge that any liability you may have is released from you. You would want to use a waiver of legal liability if you are worried there may be some type of injury that someone may try to sue you for. The only problem with these forms is that depending on the incident they may or may not hold up in court. One way to help alleviate legal liability is to purchse insurance.
