Make a Tracking Device
Why would somebody need a tracking device unless at war. It seems as if their are people on this Earth who have nothing to do in their inadequate state but lie, cheat, steal, pilfer and destroy. The historical review of crime dates back to the origins of man whether you look at religion, science, or esoteric information. Ever since good + evil has remained. Regardless of which side of the battlel each has its tactic. Spies were sufficient in times of antiquity but observation done through technology has proven to rule.
