Rebuttal Format
A rebuttal format should always work in your best interest. You want to weigh the pros and cons and make sure this rebuttal is going to work in your favor. You want to address the person or group that you are speaking to or about. You want to put all the effort that you have made to rectify the problem and how it has gone unnoticed. In closing your rebuttal you want to state how you feel about the issue at hand and stress a solution for the problem.
