Right of Way Easements

There are more then one right of way easements depending on the property line and location. One right or way easement would be underground services that allow services such as water, drainage, gas, electricity, phone, TV cable to pass beneath the land. You can have an express grant which is in a deed of grant that would state the terms of easement. If you live back in a private area where there is more then one house and the other person owns the road that you would need to travel from your house to the main road that would be of necessity.
