Root Cellar Plans

Root cellar were used to store differnt things. Back before refrigerators these cellar were used as refrigerators. How in the 2009 they are no longer being used. The world today has electricity that is able to provide the food we eat with cold air to keep it fresh. Never the less, this was way of keeping the food fresh for as long as possible.
