The latest release offer is the GCC 4.4.0. For the GCC compiler for windows you will need to have an existing MinGW installation that includes at least binutils 2.13, mingw-runtime 3.13, and w32api 2.2. You can download it here: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2435+package_id=241304 . For the complete GCC distribution be sure to download the full file. It'll include the DLL prerequisites GMP, libiconv, MPFR, and support for all languages.
