It is important to explain being humble to people today so that they truly understand what it means. To be humble doesn't mean that you have low self worth or low self-esteem. You can be very proud of yourself and your accomplishments yet still be humble. There isn't a soul on this earth that is perfect in everything and to demonstrate humility you are aware of your weaknesses. You recognize that there is a greater power out there that you answer to.
