How to Win Every Argument
The only way I know to win every argument is for the other party to willingly 'loose'. They would be admitting to your always being right. Yeah, that will be nice for a while. Wouldn't you rather the other participant to have a mind of their own? Sometimes they can contribute to an idea. Another person's opinion can possibly give you a better, broader perspective outlook on the situation.

If you expect this will be an article about how to out-debate your co-workers, you’re coming at it from ... So instead of trying to be right, I’ve found that the best way to win an argument is to go for an entirely different goal. This has worked for me every time I’ve applied it, and I’ve used it dozens of times.
