Pci Device Drivers

PCI, which stands for Peripheral Component Interconnect, refers to a device that is connected to your computer such as a hard disk drive or a sound card. PCI device drivers are commonly installed with all operating systems and new hardware installations because they provide your operating system with vital information that allows your computer and it's hardware to communicate. Without these drivers you would not be able to access any of the features associated with a PCI device.
