Proper Business Letter Format

The most commonly accepted format is having the letter left aligned. You may have a return address on the right hand side with a left aligned letter or you may include it above that of the addressess. Your salutation must also be left aligned. Please note you can aslo indent each paragraph, this is not necessary, but provides better clarity for the reader
