Signing over a Check

To sign over a check you want to make sure its not a scam. You have to sign your name and the persons name on the top of the back of the check. You want to make sure the account that you are using has enough funds available so you dont have to wait on your funds. You want to make sure you can truly trust the person because after five days the bank can make you pay the money back if the check is fake. If it comes back that is considered fraud. A lot of people loose freindship over money.
