Difference between Series and Parallel Circuits
It is very important to know the difference between series and parallel circuits. Series and parallel are the two simplest ways to connect electrical circuits. In a series circuit , the current going through each component is the same, and the voltage across the components is the sum of the voltages across all the components. During parallel circuits, the voltage across each component is the same, and the total current is the sum of the currents through all the components.
