While I'm mentioning my past experience being at an HBCU and graduating from a White University, I certainly don't want to imply that all HBCU's are bad and Vice versa. ... It's a shame that 2 foreign kids in my U.S. History class was doing better than all the American kids. *smh* lol;

The article does lack a lot of figures that would paint a better picture. For instance, the premise is that HBCU's are not graduating enough Black Students, they do not mention how the graduation rate of Blacks in HBCUs compare to Blacks in other institutions...
