Cognitive Skills
Cognitive skills are the basic mental abilities we use to think, study, and learn. Including a wide variety of mental processes used to analyze what we see and hear, recall information from memory, make links between different pieces of information, and maintain concentration. Cognitive skills can be individually identified and measured, and have a direct relationship on how easily and how well we learn.
Cognitive skills include, processing speed, auditory and visual processing, memory, memory, logic and reasoning, and attention skills.
