Going to the principal's office for a paddling brings back memories for some of us. Back in the 20's, 30's and even in the 80's children across America were getting paddled. The usual paddling last about a minute but the aftermath felt like a life time. The feeling after the first hit was the worst pain you could ever imagine. After a few hits though, your bottom starts to get numb. Walking back to the classroom was a pain and then sitting down on your sore bottom was also a hurtful thing to endure.

They will send students to Principal's office. Sometimes schools have to have police involvement. Let me give you an example of this: if a student becomes aggressive and refuse to go along with school policies, he/she will be immediately escorted by security or other staff to the principal's office.
