Present Perfect Activities
Present perfect activities are in activities that make you feel safe, secure, and like you belong. Every activity should be a stress reliever for you. If it causes you stress, or makes you uncomfortable, then it's not the perfect activity for you. Try different things and see what it is that you like to do. For example, my perfect activity is to go swimming out at the river. If I get overly stressed, it's time to head on out and have a good time.
