I don’t think the cell phones should be banned. They are a means of communication between the parents and their children in school. But the students should not be allowed to use the [cell] phones during school sessions.

Yes they should of course have cell phones in school. That's what the kids need! They can just not use them in class, unless there is an emergency. But besides that kids should be able to carry them & use them during lunch & break.
