Are you wondering why respect is important? The answer is easy! It is important to respect those around you in order to have positive relationships with people. It is also important to have respect from those around you. Not only for the same reason as above but to show that you are credible and that you have a positive personality. For these reasons, it is important to respect those around you and to gain respect of those around you.
