Mediocracy
Mediocracy might be described as a plateau of average-ness. By definition, mediocracy is a society in which mediocre individuals prevail. Let's take a peek at what it means to be mediocre, according to merriam-webster.com. "...Of moderate or low quality, value, ability or performance."
