**Adult Content** A queef is that very embarrassing fart sound that escapes from your lady parts. The air gets trapped in there while having sex, and there is no where for it to go, except for out. Unless you are having sex with a virgin, most guys are aware of what a queef is, and wont even pay attention to it. The worst thing to do is start laughing, because that will totally kill the mood.
