The appropriate cash gift for a wedding should at least cover the price of the plate. The average plate is fifty dollars, so if you bring a guest I would suggest to give at least one hundred dollars. The Bride and Groom has gone out of their way to make sure their unity celebration is a wonderful experience for you to share with them. In the process they have spent alot of money. The cash gift will help the couple get some stability in their lives and a fresh start to their lives. If you arwe able to give more its always a nice gesture.
