what's the best shampoo and conditioner? I just want to warn you that Suave, Head and Shoulders and Pantene have chemicals in them that can lead to nerve damage. I'm not making this up, it was reported in the New York Times, the news, and from many studies done at Harvard University.

Here's our grand pronouncement du jour. ... The best shampoo I have found on the market is Biolage. I feel that if you want your hair taken care of and not dried out, use the best qualtiy you can find. It costs more, but it is worth it. The less expensive brands I have found, dry my hair out and leave it stripped of its oils.
