Chunk Highlight Hair

You can easily put chunky highlights in your hair at home, and save the cost of a salon visit. Start with any home kit that includes the powdered bleach, developer, and gloves. The chunking-style kits usually come with a brush, or the cap and hook to pull hair through. The brush is much more effective to get bigger streaks. Do the allergy test to make sure you won't have a severe reaction, and remember that all hair-bleaching products do burn and tingle your scalp while developing. You can use different size brushes until you get the desired effect. Remember you can add more streaks, but cannot take them away once developed, so be careful.
