How to wear a navy full dress uniform is important. It must be worn with a white collared long, or short sleeve shirt. It is imporant that the dress is at or below the knee cap and all hems are intact. Remember that with this dress, the bib is to be completely fastened at the top and shoulder straps are kept on the shoulder.
