You will start with eh long piece facing you and wrap it around your waist tucking it in once. Next you will wrap it again but don't tuck it in this time tuck it over your shoulder tucking it in 3-4 inches left of the belly button. You will them begin to pleat the cloth with your thumb and finger winding it through ending with 5-6 pleats. You will need to tuck in the pleats and you can pin the pleats to last all day. The remaining you will drape over your shoulder and secure end with a safety pin.
