Tall Teens
Being a tall teen can be a challenge as well as a blessing. Some are teased or bullied and feel as if they are a misfit. The teen years are ususally turbulent especially with all the hormonal and physical changes that teens experience, as well as they have to deal with moving from childhood to adulthood. Feeling that you are very different from your peers can be uncomfortable especially when you want to fit in the group. However, being a tall teen can and should be seen as an advantage, especially since you have no control over your height. For example, there are things that you will be able to do better for example some sports such as basketball and volleyball. Also, getting trained for the modeling business can also be an asset. Now tall is relative depending on the age, for example being 5'10'' at age 12 may be very tall however for a 16 year old this may be just fine.
