I am looking for information on a man named Earl Beaver who was a bootlegger of the 1920s and 30s. He mainly operated in St. Joseph, MO, during this period, but he may have been from Oklahoma originally. He was a brother-in-law to Riviere Horner, whose uncle was Oklahoma State Senator Glen A. Horner of Okmulgee.
