I remember being pregnant and I craved grapes and I constantly ate them, I kept on gaining a lot of weight and my my dr asked me what I have been craving, so I told him, grapes, and he told me to stop as they are very fattening. ... How in the world are grapes fattening? Lol...

10. Grapes, broccoli, and many other fruits and veggies aren't "fattening", so you don't have to count their calories. And what you drink doesn't have enough calories to worry about either.

I think I read somewhere about grapes having natural sugar in them, which makes me wonder if they are fattening - and bananas are lovely and sweet, but what the heck, it must be better than eating chocolate and cream cakes!
