Carve up a Whole Pig
To carve up a whole pig you should cook it first how ever you have chosen to cook it. You can oven roast it or BBQ it. A whole pig can take up to 5 hours or more to cook. After the pig is cooked you should separate the shoulder from the body. Next would be to remove the legs. Carve up the backbone to remove the chops from the ribs and loin area.
