Granted, I can expect "Chicken and Broccoli" to have meat byproducts, but I've come to discover almost all of them do. Nearly all contain Chicken Fat. I wrote Rice-A-Roni a complaint, which can be found below, with there extremely helpful response!

Cook the chicken fat/skin on a medium high heat. As the fat starts to melt, strain it off into a jar. Keep pouring the fat off while it is clear and contains no charred bits of skin or onions. Store in ther refrigerator or freezer , depending upon how often you use it.
