I just stumbled across some bone marrow at the grocery store and bought it on a whim. But now I don't know what to do. I haven't found many recipes at all and am kind of at a loss. Can anyone tell me the way to cook marrow, I don't want to stuff it , i just want it as a side vegetable. Many thanks maxiewaxie ... Just cut off the amount you want to eat , peel it , scoop out the seeds and steam it for a few minutes , I put a sprinkle of black pepper on before cooking it . It cooks really quickly .
