According to the rec.cooking.faq: granulated sugar - 2.4 cups/pound; U.S. all-purpose flour - 4.5 cups per pound; That would be 24 cups of sugar per 10 pound bag and 45 cups of flour per 10 pound bag. Nothing is said about sifted densities though.
