Freeze Sweet Corn with the Husk on

Freezing sweet corn with the husk on is a great way of preserving the moisture in the corn. What you would do is clean of any debris that might be on the husk. Place the corn in rows on a flat sheet and place into the freezer. I would recommend covering the sheet with wax paper, this way the husk won't freeze to the sheet. Let the corn freeze for a few hours, after which you can place the corn into either a freezer bag or use a food saver to seal it in an air tight bag. I would recommend the later because the corn will last longer in a bag that is sealed with out any air.
