I had freezer burn on the ears and in some places on the cape. It brought back most of the natural color and made cleaning up the cape and getting excess meat off easier. I have yet to see the results after tanning.

As a former Hotel Manager, I was always trained to "rotate your stock", and this applies to your home freezer as well. Just because you freeze it, doesn't mean it will stay forever. Freezer burnt meat tastes awful, so make sure you date everything you put in it.
