When my sweetie moved from Kansas City MO to New Jersey, she told me of a popular dim sum item out there, "Crab Rangoon". ... I have found plenty of recipes for the dish on the web - it seems to not have gained a foothold out East, which is why I'd never seen it - but I'm curious if anyone knows the history of the dish.
