I am having success so far, as I slowly, day by day reduce the amount of Poppy Tea that I consume. Poppy seed tea is made by steeping bulk poppy seeds in hot water, with a little Lemon Juice for flavor. The Poppy Seeds are purchased from a local grocery store.
