Never had Muesli before and I"m so glad that I tried this recipe! I added 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup pecans, 1/2 cup dates, decreased the walnuts to 1/4 cup, and omitted the brown sugar. So good.

For toasted muesli, preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F or gas mark 4. Pour the basic ingredients, nuts, seeds and coconut into a large roasting tray. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes stirring every 5 minutes so that the muesli doesn't stick or burn.
