We finally figured out that he was talking about the story in 1 Kings 21 where King Ahab and Queen Jezebel take the vineyard of one of their subjects named Naboth. First they offer to buy the vineyard, but Naboth would like to keep his vineyard and declines their offer.

Right next door to the palace was a well kept vineyard owned by a man named Naboth. This vineyard had belonged to his father, and his grandfather and others in the family from the time when they came into the land, hundreds of years before this.

And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it” (vv. 15, 16). Jezebel was permitted to carry out her vile scheme and Ahab to acquire the coveted vineyard.

And so the men did as Jezebel told them to do, and Naboth was stoned to death. When Jezebel heard about it, she told Ahab to get up and take possession of Naboth's vineyard and so Ahab did that.
