Rhubarb Recipes

You can make many different recipes with rhubarbs. Rhubarb can be used in cakes, pies, wine, pickles, sauces, and many more things. Here is a recipe for rhubarb custard pie. First you will need to have these ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs beaten, and 3 cups of chopped rhubarb. You need to blend the sugar and the butter. Add nutmeg and flour, then mix. Add eggs and mix. Add chopped rhubarb and mix. Pour mixture in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
