Vegetable Oil Substitute
Many people do not know this but there are substitutes for vegetable oil. You can use corn oil, safflower oil, melted shortening, or cooking spray. Pam spray is a well known brand. You can also make your own. Just combine equal parts liquid lecithin and vegetable (or olive) oil and store in a pump spray bottle!
